Diana J. Spektor, Esq.
- Diana J. Spektor, Esq. founded the SPEKTOR LAW CORPORATION. She has extensive courtroom experience and negotiation skills to advocate for her clients’ interests. Ms. Spektor earned her undergraduate political science and international relations degrees from the University of Southern California in 1991. She graduated Magna Cum Laude. Ms. Spektor attended law school from 1991-1994 and received her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1994. She also earned a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law. Ms. Spektor also received a Certificate in European Legal Studies from Tulane Institute of European Legal Studies, Paris, France.
- While at Pepperdine Law School, Ms. Spektor was chosen as a judicial intern and worked for Senior Judge A. Andrew Hauk, UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT, CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA. She also clerked at the firm of REHWALD RAMESON LEWIS & GLASNER, which specialized in litigating large cases. After graduating from law school, Ms. Spektor worked at BECK & HANSEN and STEPHENSON & ACQUISTO, handling large personal injury cases and complex civil litigation matters.
- In 1995, Ms. Spektor represented a group of WW2 veterans, spoke at the National Mall, and met lawmakers, including U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein.
- Ms. Spektor has been handling personal injury matters for almost 30 years now.
