Diana J. Spektor, Esq. founded the Spektor Law Corporation in 2005. She has extensive courtroom experience and negotiation skills to advocate for her clients’ interests.
Ms. Spektor earned her undergraduate political science and international relations degrees from the University of Southern Californiain 1991. She graduated Magna Cum Laude.
While at Pepperdine Law School, Ms. Spektor was chosen as a judicial intern and worked for Senior Judge A. Andrew Hauk, United States District Court, Central District of California. She also clerked at the firm of Rehwald Rameson Lewis & Glasner, which specialized in litigating large cases. After graduating from law school, Ms. Spektor worked at Beck & Hansen and Stephenson & Acquisto, handling large personal injury cases and complex civil litigation matters.
Ms. Spektor has been handling personal injury matters for 30 years now. She has successfully represented clients in a variety of personal injury cases, including but not limited to, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death accidents, bicycle accidents, bus accidents, truck accidents, injured passenger accidents, products liability, construction accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, dog bites, premises liability, assault/battery, lack of lighting, and elder abuse cases.
Ms. Spektor is admitted to practice before all the Courts in the State of California, the United States Federal Court, and the United States Court of Appeal, 9th Circuit. She is a member of the California State Bar, American Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
Ms. Spektor speaks fluent Russian and conversational Spanish.
